Do I need to register to be a biomed-global.com member to shop?

Yes, you need to register as a member in biomed-global.com for an easier shopping experience with us. You just have to log in as a member the next time you shop with us and your personal and contact details for delivery will be automatically retrieved without having you to provide us again.

How do I register to be a biomed-global.com member?

You can either click on the Sign in link on the top right side of the website to register as a member or register during the checkout process.

What are the methods of payment available?

Payments can be made via the following methods:

  1. Credit Card: Visa & Mastercard
    Payment using credit card will be via ipay88, a secured online payment gateway. Please note that “Mobile88.com” or “Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd” will be shown on your credit card statement. biomed-global.com reserves the right to request for additional information for verification purposes and/or reject any credit card transaction if deemed unfit.

  2. Online Interbank Transfer, Cheque, Cash or Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
    Online interbank transfer, cheque, cash or TT can be and should be deposited and made payable to the following bank account:
    • Bank: Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank)
    • Account Name: Biomarketing Services (M) Sdn Bhd
    • Account Number : 514271130072M
    Our bank account details will be displayed upon checkout when you choose this method of payment.

    Please inform us via email at bms.ecommerce@biomed-global.com or fax to 603-62720093 once payment has been made. Kindly state the following in your email or fax: (1) Your order reference number/invoive number, (2) Your name and contact number, (3) Payment amount, (4) Payment method (Cheque, Cash or TT) and (5) Date and time of payment.

  3. Alternatively, you could scan, email or fax a copy of the bank-in slip/payment advice to us. Goods will only be delivered upon clearance of the cheque.

We do not accept cash on delivery as delivery is made by courier. Three (3) days are given to complete the payment after the confirmation/verification email has been sent. Your order will be automatically cancelled after the said period.

What is iPay88?

biomed-global.com accepts credit card payment via iPay88 which is a secured online payment gateway (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) for your transaction during checkout. For more information, please visit iPay88.

Is it safe to provide my credit card information when making payment?

Not to worry. Your confidential credit card information will automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. biomed-global.com does not store any of your credit card information.

How are the goods delivered to me and what are the charges?

Goods will be delivered to you via courier. As our products are already at discounted prices, we will need the customers to absorb the delivery charges. However, as an incentive to our customers, we will absorb the delivery charges for nett purchases more than RM150 per transaction (only valid for delivery within Malaysia), meaning delivery charge is FREE. The delivery charges will automatically be deducted at checkout.

For nett purchases less than RM150 per transaction, the delivery charges will be as follows:

** Delivery rates for East Malaysia will be based on the higher of the volumetric weight or the actual weight. Surcharge rates will be displayed in the individual product page, if applicable.

Do you accept international orders?

Sorry, at this moment, we do not accept international orders.

How long will it take for the products that I have ordered to reach me?

After you have checkout, we will re-confirm your order within 48 hours either via email or phone. Subject to full receipt of payment, we will proceed with the delivery within 3 working days from the re-confirmation of order. The delivery via courier shall take between 1 to 2 days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and between 3 to 5 days for delivery to East Malaysia. Therefore, in normal circumstances, you should receive your products within a week. If you do not receive your products within 14 days, please contact us via email at ecommerce@biomed-global.com .

Do you store our personal information?

Yes, we only store your personal information such as name, address, email and phone number so that we can contact you and send you your products. We do not resell your information to any other party.
