Delivery Notes

1. Delivery of the goods takes 3-5 working days for ready stocks and 2-3 weeks for pre-order from the day we receive payment.
2. It is secure as recipient is required to sign for the package/parcel upon receiving.
3. Tracking number will be sent to customer once the goods have been delivered.
   
   

Shipping Rates

1) Local Orders

We charge standard postage as stated below:

(i) Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia*

• Up to 0.5kg: RM 6.00
• Every additional 1kg, up to 2.5kg : RM 4.00

(ii) Delivery within East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)**

• Up to 0.5kg: RM10.00
• Every additional 1kg, up to 2.5 kg: RM 6.00

** Delivery rates for East Malaysia will be based on the higher of the volumetric weight or the actual weight. Surcharge rates will be displayed in the individual product page, if applicable.
*** For purchase of RM150.00 and above, delivery and handling charges will be waived (For delivery within Malaysia only).
